ICMP
Is there a command that I can use on a Cisco AS5248 or AS 5396 router that
will allow me to watch traffic across the T1. Basically I would like to
watch ICMP traffic. Thank you in advance.

You can create an access list that matches only ICMP.
Then use "debug ip packet [detail] <LIST>". You may
need to turn on process switching on the interface that
you're watching ... which could be pretty harsh on a 5200.
