UPDATE - Only work with 7 user
Mark,

Can you tell me what does it mean
38.209.172.0 overlaps with Loopback2.

I have only eight users and they are just keep
dropping off. They are taking turn tobe off line.
The upstream LAC device have been reset by SBC/ATT.
I might have to turn off the keep alive to see what
happen. Any other sugguestion?

Thanks,
Tom

Re: UPDATE - Only work with 7 user [ In reply to ]
Tom,

How does your Radius profile look like? If the profile doesn't contain any reference to 38.209.172.1, it might be a left-over from previous vtemplate configs, so please nuke your vtemplate ("no int virtual-template 1") and re-create it from scratch.
