Maximum active VCs on PA-A3
Hi

I have a cisco 7206VXR with NPE-G1, 1G Memory and running IOS image: c7200-js-mz.123-19.

The maximum limit of active VCs on PA-A3 is 4095, but I am observing high latency and packet drops when the active VCs get upto 3000.

Dear Alirez,

A lot of variables could cause your issue, IF the delay you facing with all
traffic pass such interface only, so it could be due to high ATM load on the
PA port.

Re: Maximum active VCs on PA-A3 [ In reply to ]
Dear Mounir Mohamed

Thanks for the reply, we are terminating more around 2500 PPPoE sessions and this issue occurs when the PPPoE session goes beyond 2000. Is there a way to solve this?

Regards
