Ummm.. :-) I don't agree.

Some GPL software copyright holders claim that you infringe on their rights if
you use OpenSSL with their software on operating systems that don't normally
include OpenSSL.

We're not affected by this. The first point is that the Cherokee copyright
owner (at this moment me) won't "attack" to the OpenSSL guys. :-) The second
one is that we (the cherokee team) are addind SSL support, so "you use
OpenSSL with their software" hasn't sense in this case. :))
