while sending files over HTTPS to site

What steps will reproduce the problem?
tried and it's worked with phpbb (over php-cgi with fastcgi) and with
moinmoin (over uwsgi)
1. take file (I've used png file with size of 227811 bytes)
2. try to attach file to phpbb post or to moinmoin page using https
What is the expected output?
HTTP 2xx with file attached to where it needs to be attached
What do you see instead?
10 seconds waiting and "connection interrupted"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cherokee Web Server 1.2.101
Please provide any additional information below.
this problem works only with https.
there is no problem with http.
