Output channel URI format is "/%{categories}/%{slug}/".

A story with this setup does not get removed from the server if it is published and the expire date is in the past, even though Bricolage says the story is being expired. However, if the story is simply deleted using the check box at the bottom of the page when "expire on delete" is active, the story will be removed from the server.

Please test with 2.0 as this behavior seems incongruous.
