I´m the annoying guy who was saying that CGI´s were working but *.html file
were not! :)
In my case I installed modbackhand as a module (didnt compile Apache with
it).
Somewhere in httpd.conf I had the lines:
LoadModule mod_backhand.c
LoadModule mod_cgi.c
This way it doesnt work. But this way it does:
LoadModule mod_cgi.c
LoadModule mod_backhand.c
The order matters. Hope its useful to anyone
