How do I get and install Frontpage extensions for Apache? I can't find any
reference to Frontpage in Apache documents or website.

Take a look at www.rtr.com as this is the place where you download the fp
extensions for Linux.
It comes with some fairly detailed documentation on how to install them
either with apache or as an add in module for apache.

I have tried downloading microsoft's fp extensions and they suck, goto
www.rtr.com, these are a hell of alot better for apache as they don't change
your httpd binary and force it to be in a certain path.
