Patch to add type

Python self-describes its MIME types[1][2]. They do not have a IANA
registration since they are using the '*/x-*' format anyway, but Python should
be a 'common' unregistered format anyway?

If you don't think this is OK, then I can try see what needs to be done to get
an official media type.
