Where do people upload modules for apache? Or a better question
is.. Is there an apache-only incoming directory?

I have created a /apache/incoming, with all permissions except o+r, so
people can write to it but only hyperreal-apache users can read or move
files around in it. (so it's not used for Warez distribution)
