I'm going to try to put 0.7.3c (yup it's on 'c' already) on Cardiff.
If I fail I'll get the sysadmin there to install it tomorrow.
I fixed a problem with kill -15 (which wasn't working with 0.7.2
on SunOs) and a UNIX guru here showed me how to rewrite the parent
signal handling...
Also fixed are HEAD requests which go through a script and get
redirected to another URL.. they now return the head instead of
nothing and get logged as HEAD rather than GET.
