Randy and I are working on some last minute cleanups of the
docs and public pages at apache.org
The plan is to switch to /apache/next_index.html when people
are happy with the current setup.
I wrote /apache/known_bugs.html to make public the problems we've
spotted. I think that with this in place, we are ready to go now.
Any objections ?
