Log:
For system requiring the apache "union semun" definition (i.e., the
NEED_UNION_SEMUN #define): On 64 bit Unixes (where sizeof(void*) == 8)
the "val" field should be a long, not an int. Otherwise the kernel would
access a halfway undefined field.
On 32 bit Unixes, this change will have no impact.
