ScriptSock default value is wrong

This is the exact command I used when during the build:
./configure --with-mpm=worker --enable-layout=Apache
--prefix=/proj/sg/src/apache/httpd-2.0.35-worker
I hope you don't consider specifying the apache layout to be messing
with paths. Changing ServerRoot should change the default for all
compiled values which are based on prefix, which includes runtimedir.
