The open-source tools used for compiling the Windows version of Analog
are 32-bit only. There are some people working on 64-bit versions of
these tools, but the status of MinGW is still marked as "3-Alpha" -
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/ In all honesty, you might get a better response to your question from
the people who are developing the compiler tools - if it's simpley a
question of recompiling the existing code as a 64-bit binary, then it'd
be a simple task for them. If it involves any significant code changes
to Analog, then there is very little history of such work being handled
on this list.
