Xen on iMX8-MQ
Hello Xen-Users,

New year greetings to all !

W.r.t the subject, we built a Dom-0 kernel and tried booting it, but ran into below error ....

u-boot=> fdt set /chosen/module@0 compatible "xen,linux-zimage", "xen,multiboot-module"
libfdt fdt_path_offset() returned FDT_ERR_NOTFOUND

Can someone please clarify what is wrong in the above or if the combo in the subject is NOT supported ?

Thanks,
Rajagopal

Did you create chosen/module@0 node?

Also would you mind share your use case using i.MX8MQ with XEN?

Regards,
Peng.

Hello Peng,

Thank for responding.

>>Did you create chosen/module@0 node?
No, will try and get back if any more errors.

>>Also would you mind share your use case using i.MX8MQ with XEN?
We are into studying hypervisor performance on x86 and ARM.
For studying its behaviour on ARM, we are trying to bring it up on iMX8-MQ.
And then see if we can optimize performance anywhere.

Rajagopal
