In the big refactoring of XenD's internal config file handling, support
for the 'vnclisten' parameter with HVM guests got mislaid. The result
is that its no longer possible to use vnclisten="0.0.0.0" to override
the XenD default setting on a per-guest basis. The attached patch
re-introduces support for this setting in HVM guests
