Xen 4.12 rc7 is tagged. You can check that out from xen.git:

For your convenience there is also a tarball at:
https://downloads.xenproject.org/release/xen/4.12.0-rc7/xen-4.12.0-rc7.tar.gz
And the signature is at:
https://downloads.xenproject.org/release/xen/4.12.0-rc7/xen-4.12.0-rc7.tar.gz.sig

When sending bug reports, please CC relevant maintainers and me
(jgross@suse.com).
This will be the last RC before Xen 4.12 release (at least I hope so).
