Hello,
The branch cut last night has erroneously been done as 1.37.0-wmf.24
instead of bumping minor version to ge us 1.38.0-wmf.1
We have thus recut the branch roughly 2 hours ago and will deploy the
result. There are a few additional changes that are included and which
can be found at:

If there is one potentially not ready for deployment, please refer to it
on the 1.38.0-wmf.1 blockers task:
