What happened?
After half an hour of trying to access Procellariiformes to see what someone
else added to it, I get this:

Still going on or temporary problem? (ie, database glorked out for a
sec)

What does your WikiUserID cookie look like?

Does it still happen if you log out and log back in? What if you
manually clear the Wikipedia cookies from your browser?

Temporary. After that I couldn't access Wikipedia for a while, but it's back
up.
