I tried and links have format like:
http://es.wikipedia.com/wiki.cgi?Medicina
and work.

It looks okay to me. Either Jimbo fixed it *really* fast, or the bug
only shows up in certain circumstances.

Can you check again, and if it's still broken, give more information to
help us reproduce the problem? (What browser, what preferences you have
set, etc)
