Re: Wikimania-l Digest, Vol 166, Issue 1
I share your melancholy, Phoebe. While I’ve attended 2 WikiCons (2018 & 2019) this would have been my first Wikimania, and I was sooo looking forward to it. ???? I try to keep up with things via the mailing lists and online meetings but life keeps getting in the way. I’d like to carve out a little niche for myself as a useful volunteer at the events so add me to whatever list you think I’ll fit. I’m a retired tv producer/documentary filmmaker/photog/video photog but I can also pull weeds, plant seeds, wash dishes and cook. ????

Best wishes!

Re: Wikimania-l Digest, Vol 166, Issue 1 [ In reply to ]
I may be basically retired from en.Wiki, but as a seasoned Wikimaniac, a 20-year resident of Thailand, and knowing Bangkok like the back of my hand, if all goes well for 2021, I'll be there and more than willing to lend a helping hand. I would welcome the opportunity to meet some more users for real after years of happy collaboration.
