I am very sad to hear that you have experienced this kind of problem! It is
certainly something unusual and I hope no one else has to deal with it.

If you don't mind, I would appreciate if you could share the hotel in
question with us organizers in case someone else reports something similar
later. You can send the info to me off-list (to john.andersson@wikimedia.se)
and I will share the info with the a selected few team members.
