Hi folks,

I associate some categories to templates using Cargo, but have many other
categories that are not associated with a template. I'd like such pages to
include {{Special:WhatLinksHere/{{PAGENAME}}}}. Is it possible to create a
default template that has this transclusion and gets used whenever the page
to display is not assigned to a specific template?
