You can change the navigation menu by editing the following file:
/home/pure/public_html/wiki/templates/xhtml.slim.pt around line 63
For your site advertising, perhaps the developer who has already given you
code could put it into a format more clearly and easily insertable to your
existing stylesheet (monobook).
I believe you can insert it into the same xhtml.slim.pt file above - you
just have to figure out the proper syntax.
