So, just did an upgrade to 1.2.3 from 1.1.0. Things work more or less
OK, except for the database messages, which are seriously slowing down
our site.
Is there a way to turn on page transclusion (the {{msg:}} stuff)
without also turning on database lookups for every single UI string?
