Subject: Starting to implement Cache-Status

Just as a heads-up, we're starting to get implementation of =
Cache-Status,[1], and I suspect that we're not too far from Last =
Call.[2]

So far I'm aware of:

* My implementation for Fastly VCL - =

* Amos' patch for Squid - =

Are there others? I'd like to get more feedback soon, before we ship it, =
