I dont know if anyone has tried to use Trac Standalone over IIS but can
anyone help me here?
I am currently using IIS 10 and read the following 2 Links regarding
setting it up:

https://www.hanselman.com/blog/announcing-running-ruby-on-rails-on-iis8-or-anything-else-really-with-the-new-httpplatformhandler
But i feel like im missing something when going through the documentations,
i dont see where to set the variables which starts the trac environment
(Tracd -p 8001 /Project/Env)
