For at least 5 years Pingdom provided Edgewall and trac-hacks.org with a
complementary uptime monitoring subscription that has been really useful
since we have issues with the sites going offline. They have declined to
renew our subscription this year. Does anyone have a suggestion for a
monitoring tool with a free level or would provide an open-source
project with a free subscription?
I haven't looked closely, but may just go with this:
