TEXT HELP ... text ... ENDTEXT
Hi all!

I have a small problem with:
TEXT HELP
Help text ...
... which can span multiple lines
ENDTEXT

I tried version 3.1-20.11 & 3.61-1.
Both of them displayed a message, passing by very fast, about bad keyword...

Here is part of the DEFAULT file
******************************************
...
LABEL I
MENU INDENT 8
MENU LABEL ^I: SLES-10 SP1 avec AutoYast -i386/32
TEXT HELP
*** Verification avec AutoYast ***
ENDTEXT
kernel sles10-sp1_32i386_linux
...
******************************************
If I remove
/* TEXT HELP
*** Verification avec AutoYast ***
ENDTEXT
*/Then all is OK

Any help appreciated

Michel-André

Hi there,

These are distro-packaged versions, but you don't specify which distro.
Please note that SuSE and some other distros ship a modified,
unofficial version of syslinux which I can't support, for obvious reasons.

I did get an email from you personally where you were mixing pxelinux.0
from one version with menu.c32/vesamenu.c32 from another, I presume you
fixed that?

I certainly don't see any such problem with 3.62-pre14 on my test system.
