You have no SPF record for that domain. That's why you get a neutral.

you sent the mail from mail@idbifortisemail.com
and according to google mail@idbifortisemail.com had no SPF record
"neutral (google.com: 69.93.6.182 is neither permitted
nor denied by *****best guess****** record for domain of
mail@idbifortisemail.com) client-ip=69.93.6.182;"

i see one for idbifortisemail.com myself but guess you sent your test before DNS had time to update {4 hours in this domains case}

Re: spf record show as neutral [ In reply to ]
A few hours later and I'm now seeing

idbifortisemail.com. 14350 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:121.240.30.234
ip4:121.240.30.235 mx:69.93.6.178 mx:69.93.6.179 mx:69.93.6.180
mx:69.93.6.181 mx:69.93.6.182 ~all" ""

You're using the mx: mechanic on IP addresses. Please see
http://www.openspf.org/SPF_Record_Syntax for proper record syntax.
