Perl SPF lib bug
The Perl SPF lib doesn't handle broken DNS servers (that do something
screwy with type 99 requests - i.e. anything other than NOTFOUND). For
instance, akwebb.co.uk has such a broken server, and
http://www.openspf.org/Why returns TEMPFAIL for that domain.

Not a Mail::SPF bug (anymore). I just noticed that earbone was still
running Mail::SPF 2.001. Fixed.
