Very Early Preview of rsyslog 3.0.0
Hi all,

I have just reached a stage where everything in rsyslog 3.0.0 is a bit
stable. I thought it would be good to release a preview before I begin
to pull some other code and place it in its own module. There are
already a number of input plugins, so I think looking at that code
provides a very good idea of where we are heading.

Please note that there is a doc/v3compatibility.html document. It tells
about know compatibility issues with pre-v3 versions and other work that
is currently in progress. At least, as far as I wrote it down ;)

The tarball is available at

http://download.rsyslog.com/rsyslog/rsyslog-3.0.0-pre.tar.gz
md5sum: e9c807decf8acbb1b2697ec907d6af08

Please note that this tarball is a snapshot. I do not plan to maintain
it, development simply continues. I suggest NOT to use that version in
production. If you run it and find a bug, please report it. Also, any
other feedback will be used during future development.

I tested imuxsock and imklog (yay for getting rid of rklogd) and it
seems to work fine so far.
Nice work.
