I am proud to announce the immediate availability of rsyslog 1.16.0.
The build system was converted to GNU autotools. New properties have
been added, command line option "-x" can now be used to disable DNS
lookups. There are also some bugfixes and optimizations.
Code-restructuring has begun in an effort to provide better
modularization for rsyslogd. Users experiencing problems fixed are
advised to update. Others may do so to enjoy the benefits of the new
build environment.
