Subject: [rancid] Anyone using scripts to backup Cisco WLCs?

A Google search indicated that back in 2012 there was some interest in using RANCID to back up Cisco WLCs, and am wondering if anyone is currently doing that?

If so, could someone point me in the direction of the scripts/mods?

Thanks to everyone who replied!

Using the "cisco-wlc8" device-type in router.db works great for my v8
Cisco WLCs!
(I did need to add the "add noenable <router name fqdn> 1" line to the
.cloginrc to get the login to process correctly.)

No problem?I saw that reply and realized that things had improved since back then. We replaced our Cisco wireless with Aruba, so I haven?t kept up with rancid support for the former. Glad you found a solution.
