Hi,

I never got quagga OSPFv3 working properly.  Much pain.

I think sometimes it worked if I also had a static default route
pointing at local host.

I started working by using BGP to share the default route.   But then
held by long timeouts.  (no BFD in quagga)

But then I also wanted to OSPFv3 to a HP switch, and that didn't work.

After months of messing, I just swapped to use FRR rather than Quagga.  
And things kind of started working.
