OSPF passive-interface default
I made "ospf passive-interface default" patch which is included in
attachment.

When encountered, "passive-interface default" command will make all
existing interface passive, and every new one will also become passive.
Interface can be turn active by "no passive-interface ifname" command,
of course.

Some comments.

1) ospf_passive_default should be member ospf structure IMHO.
2) It's not clear from command helper that "default" is allowed
parameter. I'd recommend to leave existing "passive-interface ..."
DEFUN as it is and define ALIAS for "passive-interface default".
