IRDP for quagga

I have written an IRDP extension for zebra. I am not planning to offer
it for inclusion in zebra. I am willing to offer it for inclusion
in quagga. To do that I have to convert it to quagga and write user
documentation. Is the quagga community interested?

Hello!

Thinking this should be interesting. I have no need in IRDP right
now, but our network grows very quickly and may be we will need IRDP in
the feature.
