Quagga (0.99.24, 1.0, 1.1.0) seems to be sending a notify with
Malformed Attribute List
after taking multi-hop v6 updates. This doesn't happen with v4. Quagga
throws "Failed to read NLRI".
I've gone through the pcap looking for a malformed Path Attributes and
haven't found anything out of the ordinary. Pcap is available here:

This issue is not replicable in bird, the sessions come up fine.
