Our freeze dates are:
* 2021-02-20 (5.33.7): Contentious changes freeze
* 2021-03-20 (5.33.8): User-visible changes to correctly functioning
programs freeze
* 2021-04-20 (5.33.9): Full code freeze
* 2021-05-20 (5.34.0): Stable release!
This isn't set in stone, but that's the plan. If there is anything
critical, this can be revisited.
