Question about my change
Hello!

I want to port in quantum upstream our small feature with config based VLAN
range management for OVS plugin. Old code takes static VLAN_MAX, VLAN_MIN
values from VlanMap class. In new code user could set "vlan_min, vlan_max"
in ovs_quantum_plugin.ini to use custom VLAN range.

I've pushed our change to review. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/8644/

Could you review and if I made smth wrong talk me about? Do I need fill a
bug report?

Hi Roman,

Great to have you participating in Quantum development. This sounds a lot
like an existing bug that has been filed:

on this as part of a larger blueprint:

Bob, can you coordinate with Roman to figure out how this fits into your
work? Thanks,

Dan
