Upgraded to Mojave specifically for new ntopng version - but brew install ntopng, then attempt to run => no go
Upgraded to Mojave, from Sierra, as my old test machine needed an
updated version of ntopng. Upgraded XCode also. All is good, including brew
installed programs, but here is what happens when I try to install, then
run ntopng:

$ brew install ntopng

$ ntopng

Any idea?

Thank you,

Answering to myself - original search for the specific error did not lead
anywhere, but a search on github has a mention of this specific issue.
Apparently the brew package is broken (?!?)...

Stefan,

By the way, note that our official Mac package is available at http://packages.ntop.org/ <http://packages.ntop.org/>

Re: Upgraded to Mojave specifically for new ntopng version - but brew install ntopng, then attempt to run => no go [ In reply to ]
Thanks, Simone. Tried both packages (4.1.200506 & 4.1.200803) and ran into
the same issue with [LuaEngine.cpp:327] WARNING: Script failure -> host.lua
& network.lua not found in my home dir => localhost:3000 fails with too
many redirects. Tried to "touch" (create) these files, just in case, but
that didn't work, either.

I'll restore my old Sierra, for now, with the older version, and maybe I'll
try the newer ntopng again later.

Thanks again!
