Hello,
As I understand PF_RING Vanilla does not accelerate the Tx transmission so those packets
are channeled through the standard Linux kernel path.
Assuming:
1. 8 Cores Intel Atom CPU running at about 1.5Ghz
2. 10Gb Intel Ethernet controller
3. a small 64 bytes packet being sent through this device
What is the estimated maximum packets per second we can expect using this setup
using the Vanilla or otherwise ZC pfring?
I need board the Tx and Rx rates.
