Anyone else having trouble accessing ups.com <http://ups.com> from Washington / Oregon states?

I tested from 30 locations (mostly Comcast and Charter, but a few small local ISPs) throughout Washington and Oregon.

Seems to be broken from several EU and UK based connections I tried as well. Haven’t found any that works accessing UPS.com.

ups.com has had redirection problems for a while.

try www.ups.com instead.

I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and I can't ping the site from my
computer or visit the website but for some reason the mobile app is working

Probably nothing new here but clicking the link tries http which fails and
it doesn't automagically push you to https. Here in Northern California on
AT&T the correct link loads fine.
