I have a Windstream circuit down outside El Paso Texas since 10:08am MDT.

Windstream notified us of maintenance this morning impacting another circuit between Ohio and Georgia for purposes of "Troubleshooting Degraded Service" (unfortunately that circuit is not yet live on my network so I can't gauge the nature of degradation or success of repairs).

Their wholesale support queue auto-attendant advises "Extended hold times" and we're on hold for over 30 minutes now trying to report the circuit in Texas that is down.

There was also the report yesterday of issues with Windstream in Nebraska.

It sure looks like they are having some pretty widespread problems.

I got more info on this.

There is a State wipe outage in KY with the backhaul being L3, It's a 100G
link that is having issues, and they're working to reroute. (Windstream)
The estimated fix is 4EST

My Spectrum went away about 40 minutes ago, but I see all the routing did
change.
