Yes,
I can't authenticate to Azure portal or any O365 service.
Everything else in Azure is running, it seems to hang on the authentication
portal.

No, I can confirm the same thing in WI on both SPECTRUM AND OUR COLO IN MKE. Can't ping and get a reply for the outlook.office365 or the portal.office356.com.

On both of those websites we are getting a 503 error.
