Azure AD - Service availability issues
Starting at 21:25 UTC on Sep 28th 2020, customers using Azure Active Directory may experience HTTP 503 errors when accessing the Azure portal. More information will be provided as events warrant.

This is trickling down to users being unable to log in / authenticate for multiple Microsoft services, such as Outlook, Office365, Teams, OneDrive... etc...
It does not seem to be affecting users which are already/currently logged in to these services (like myself, luckily!)
