just wanted everyone to know that their was a Spectrum outage in MO due to a possible DDOS attack. Start time 11:31 AM CST - end time 1:03 PM CST.

"was possible DDOS -- mitigated. Resolved ticket but again we will leave this ticket open 24 hours then autoclose"
