Possible Telia/Pittsburgh problems overnight

Hello all, I was notified by one of my customers that their VPN
Connectivity and ability to reach our network was down from Israel to
Chicago for about 4 hours overnight (~2am-6am CDT) . Unfortunately I
don't have any traceroutes on the Chicago <-> Israel path during the
affected time.

All of my WAN Monitoring and traffic levels were normal except for a
single VoIP Host that I monitor in Pittsburgh, it was not responding for
the exact amount of time that the Customer in Israel was reporting their
issues. It appears that endpoint was on a Telia path. I do not have a
traceroute in the return direction.

Another VoIP Endpoint in Pittsburgh that looks to use a Level3 path was
unaffected.

Did anyone notice problems on Telia/Pittsburgh overnight?

We are a heavy user of Telia in Pittsburgh, we noticed nothing. Traffic
looked stable.

Nate,

Any idea how the traffic was leaving Israel? We had some equipment that was
down in 012's data centers in Israel two nights ago. I also have multiple
trace routes from NYC and Nicosia (Cyprus) that run to several ISP's every
minute in Israel. If you give me an exact hour and minute I can check.
