Spectrum/Comcast outage
I've seen 8 branch offices drop coast-to-coast in the past 30 minutes (CA, TN, VA primarily) with service on both Spectrum and Comcast. Is anyone seeing a backbone or transit issue that we could track this back to?

Help Desk call volume has increased drastically stating one way or no audio. Almost all calls traverse Windstream at some point during traces.

We have multiple DIDs with Earthlink that are reporting this issue. I'm
pretty sure they have an open issue.

We experienced a wave of one way audio early today and narrowed it down to outbound calling with Windstream. We removed them from routing but are still seeing some other reports due to “other”carriers using the same routes
